Satellite Reverse Pickup
Is a hallmark service of Satellite providing clients the advanced facility of Reverse Logistics. Under this service, pick-up is done from various locations all over India and delivery done at a specified target location or multiple locations as per the requirement of clients by using Air, Express Train or Express Surface Mode. We also offer to do repacking if required by the client. It’s a game changer in reverse logistics.

To-Pay (Freight to Collect)
Under this service the freight of the shipment is collected from the consignee on delivery as per consignor’s instruction and information.

COD/DOD
Collection of Cash/Draft against delivery of shipment to your customer and returning it back to consignor in time as instructed

Risk Coverage
We have a facility which is extended to our customer’s who would like to avail of insurance coverage for their shipments when in transit. Risk Coverage can be availed on payment of 2% of the declared value on the Invoice

Freight-On-Value (F.O.V.)
FOV Services are availed in case the client insures their shipments on its own. Satellite issues a certificate of facts (COF) to enable the client claim from his insurance company.
This can be availed on payment of 0.2% of invoice value or minimum Rs.100/- at the time of booking. For high value consignments will be treated with special packing, marking and handling using separate bag

Centralised Billing
Centralised Billing facility is designed to serve our valued clients having multiple offices across the country.
Under this facility the client can opt for having billing done at one location for pick up done from multiple locations. We also have the option of providing bills by location for same customer.

Support Services
Assignment of Customer Co-ordinator, MIS update which captures vital information on consignment movements,SMS & Mail Alert, track and trace facility of consignments through web interface.
