IP Addresses
The Company’s web site will collect IP addresses for system administration, security, and statistical analysis purpose. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to a computer whenever it is connected to an Internet. We log these addresses and analyze them to understand from where requests originate so that we can provide the most efficient service, enhance security, ensure appropriate usage and produce traffic volume statistics
WebSurvey/Feedback
We have incorporated service feedback form on our Companys’ website which will help us to understand our customers’ needs and priorities and address concerns if any in a better way and also welcome suggestions. The use of the information collected will be explained in detail in the survey itself.We also have a practice to conduct surveys wherein we will be using our website as a medium in addition to emails, to reach out to our valued customers which in turn will help us to capture valuable insights. Satellite Cargo Connexion will not disclose survey response information to companies or individuals outside Satellite Cargo Connexion Pvt.Ltd. with an exception of sharing information with trusted third parties/vendors who are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information and are restricted from using the information for any purpose other than helping to provide services to Satellite Cargo Connexion or to company’s customers.

Satellite is committed to handling your customer information with high standards of information security. The security of your Satellite account also relies on your protection of your Satellite password. You may not share your Satellite password with anyone. Satellite representatives will never ask you for your password, so any email or other communication requesting your password should be treated as unauthorised. If you do share your password with a third party for any reason, the third party will have access to your account and your personal information, and you may be responsible for actions taken using your password. If you believe someone else has obtained access to your password, please change it immediately by logging in to your account at and changing your Profile settings.
Shipping Information
Information, including personal information, provided as part of a shipping transaction represents a record of that business transaction and cannot be altered after the transaction is complete.
